What is a discouraged user?

The most discouraged users are those who have garnered the highest total rating in the 'Bad day' category by other users on the statements they have written over the past 90 days. The total rating is the sum of all the votes for the Bad day rating. The users in this list have posted the most consistently discouraging statements over the past 3 months.

If you fall into this category, it just means you have more negative things to say about your job. It also means that you have the most potential to improve your outlook. Keep working at it.
